Every format is sensory-focused, personally guided, and built around your guests. The tier or model you choose shapes the spirits, the add-ons, and the level of involvement from your end. The quality of the experience isn't one of the variables.

VENUE PARTNERSHIPS

An ongoing spirits experience for your events programme.

For pubs, coffee shops, hotels, independent retailers, and community venues that want to offer something beyond what they already do - without adding to the workload of their team.

Three partnership models are available. The right one depends on how much your venue wants to manage. All three deliver the same result: a credible, well-run spirits experience your guests will remember. Pricing is discussed at enquiry and depends on model, spirit tier, and session frequency.

Model A - Self-managed by the venue

Your venue handles ticketing and promotion. I attend and run the session. Groups of 6 to 12 guests, sessions running 60 to 75 minutes. Straightforward to set up, low overhead for your team.

Model B - Full-service

Vantage Creative manages everything — session design, spirit sourcing, materials, and hosting. Your venue promotes to its existing customers and provides the space. Groups of 6 to 12 guests, 90-minute sessions. Nothing for your team to coordinate beyond putting it in the diary.

Model C - Ticketed public event

Vantage Creative sets the ticket price, manages ticketing, markets the event, and runs the evening as a public experience at your venue. You get bar spend uplift and content from the evening. Minimum 8 guests. We take the ticket revenue — your venue gets the footfall.

All models include full hosting, professional spirit selection, and tasting notes. Your team doesn't need to know anything about spirits to make this work.

PRIVATE GROUPS

For groups who want more than a standard night out.

Most occasions benefit from something that isn't just dinner or drinks. A private tasting gives your group - whatever brought you together - a shared experience built around what you actually sense, not what the label tells you to think.

No expertise needed. Complete beginners and seasoned enthusiasts work through the session together, because the focus is on individual perception rather than finding the right answer. There isn't one.

I bring everything. Glassware, spirits, tasting notes, palate cleansers. You provide the space and the group. Pricing and full details are sent on enquiry.

Standard

Four spirits from an accessible, well-chosen selection. A 90-minute hosted session with professional tasting notes, glassware, and palate cleansers provided throughout. The full experience, properly equipped.

Premium

Everything in Standard, with a step up in the spirit selection and a take-home Glencairn glass for each guest. Artisan food pairing is included - chocolate or cheese and nibbles - and the session runs longer to give each dram the attention it deserves.

Bespoke

Built entirely around your group. Prestige spirits including rare, allocated, and single cask expressions. Fully designed session, cocktail element, and a full food pairing board. Up to three hours. For groups who want something genuinely unrepeatable.

Works well for: birthday celebrations · hen & stag events · friend and family gatherings · colleague outings · date nights · no occasion needed.

CORPORATE EXPERIENCES

For teams and clients who've done the standard away day.

Most corporate tastings follow the same format: prescribed notes, hands in the air for the right answer, half the room nodding while privately wondering if their palate is broken.

Sessions I design for corporate groups work from a different premise. The goal isn't to test people - it's to give everyone in the room, regardless of experience level, something genuine to engage with. Nobody ends the evening feeling like they failed.

Suitable for away days, client entertainment, and team events where you want people to actually connect. A minimum spend applies across all tiers. Travel outside Speyside is quoted separately. Full pricing and details are sent on enquiry.

Standard

Four spirits, 90 minutes, fully hosted. Professional tasting notes, glassware, and palate cleansers throughout. Everything needed to run a well-structured, engaging session for a mixed group.

Premium

A step up in spirit selection, with artisan food pairing included and a take-home Glencairn glass for each guest. The session is longer, the spirits are more interesting, and the overall experience reflects that.

Bespoke

Designed specifically for your group and your brief. Prestige spirit selection, cocktail element, full food pairing board, branded tasting materials, and a fully bespoke session. For corporate clients who want something that stands on its own.
