Cancellation Policy:
Customer cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before event. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of event start time.
Event cancellation: If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we'll offer a full refund or reschedule to a mutually convenient date.
